We are looking for individuals who have experience selling digital services. A background with digital ads is encouraged, but not recommended. We have a list of leads who need contacting, but we also are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to find their own leads, do some detective work, and take the initiative in finding clients.
We use HubSpot as our CRM to manage your list of leads so you know when to follow up, who you have spoken too, and who is still ready for contact. If you are not familiar with HubSpot, we will train you in the software.
The primary product we are looking to sell is Pay-Per Click Ads (PPC) with Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. If you are familiar with digital ads, you will have a leg up, if not we are willing to train the in’s and outs.
We are looking for someone who is willing to speak up with ideas that may make the work, services, or processes better. You will be our first employee in Sales, so we are looking for someone who is hungry to help grow and scale our business.

We think it’s more important to hire the right person than the person with all the qualifications and skills. Anybody can learn how to do a job, but you can’t teach someone to mesh well with the team. Below is a list of skills we are hoping you have, or have an interest in learning.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation is strictly based on commissions. The commissions are high, 50-100% of the setup fees, which means you will be clearing a lot of money if you are good at selling.
This job is 100% remote. Work from anywhere in the United States. We are looking for someone based in the US. This is a contract position for 6 months with no benefits. But after the 6 months it can lead to a Full Time position with benefits and leadership positions.
